Damaged or Faulty Goods
Please contact us within 30 days if the item is faulty and we will organise an exchange or refund.
If 30 days have passed since you made your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange for faulty goods.
Products Not Meeting Expectations
We hope you will love your Loom + Lichen products but if your order does not meet your expectations please contact us to organise a return within 14 days of receipt.
The cost of returning any item is at the customer's own expense. The only exception to this is if the item is faulty or was sent by us in error.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging for resale, which must not be used as the outer packaging for your mailing purposes.
Returns must be notified to us in advance via email, with an explanation of the reason for the return. Please do not send goods without our prior knowledge.
